Bugs in the room. Asked for housekeeping service and fresh towels at 10 am and was told that the crew was already gone? Some man came in and sprayed the room but no housekeeping staff or towels showed up. The bedding and towels were stained.

We did not end up staying at this property. Upon our arrival, the area was unsafe, filthy, and had loitering, questionable characters outside in the parking lot. Upon entering the lobby, the photos included on the website were inconsistent with what I was greeted with. The front desk staff was unhelpful and rude. Traveling with children, I instantly went online and booked another property as this one was fraudulently represented.

It was not very good at all. The hotel was not anything like the pictures. Hotel appeared not very well taken care of. The faucet in the bathroom was loose, air conditioner did not work. Mold in bathroom, toilet seat loose. If it were a Motel six I would tell them leave the light out.
