First of all I paid a premium rate $139 a night for a $49 a night room. Cockroach's in the bathroom, dirt all over the bathroom, door deadbolt didn't work so I told the front desk and she said oh well. I had to live with it. There were holes in the walls, NO coffee anywhere in the building. would not recommend even at $49 a night.

He room felt humid and had a smokey odor.

This place is also a temp housing type place for transients. When being checked in the front desk lady said she didn’t want to say my room number out loud so anyone could hear what room I would be in. Lock to hotel door is broken. Felt very unsafe and left.

I would only stay here as a last resort.

Air didn’t work no elevator over all in bad shape

It seems like the hotel is under some sort of repair. The lobby was stacked with new mattresses. My door was broken and unable to lock. Therefore, unable to leave my room for 1 full day. The Hotel eventually fixed the door before we left.

The room had a bad smell and everything was either without maintenance or dirty

Door did not shut and the inner lock was broken. Area around hotel and entrance felt unsafe. Mattresses were in the lobby. Our shower was not clean and old cloths were hanging on the curtain. House keeping did not understand English and intruded.

I can not begin to tell you just how bad it was!!! Mold all over lamp shade, baseboards, and ceilings. Smell of water damage, filthy, bedding had brown stain on 1 of the beds, dead cockroach stuck on the wall, toilet seat broke, toilet paper holder all rusted and nothing to hold the toilet paper due to being broke. None of the lamps in the room worked! Thank you, God. I can only imagine what I would have really seen. The front desk gave me another room, and by this time, my asthma is starting to flare up, and I need to really get out of this mold infested hotel. I asked him. Please tell me the room you're sending me to does not have mold or water damage? I have asthma, my husband has a CDL DL and it's 1:30 am, he has been awake since 3:45 am yesterday. The man said No this room is very nice. Well, it was no better!!! I was given cash back, but that did not cover the total that I paid, nor did it cover my health or my husband's DL. Booking.com was to send me an email so that I could upload the photos my husband took of the hotel. However, I never received that email. I am on 2 steroids due to the conditions of this property PLEASE DO NOT EVER STAY AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!

The house keeping staff just barge in when your using the bathroom and they have no elevator or coffee creamer and no coffee half the time plus they take at least a $100 to $200 follar security deposit and tell you you get it when you check out but then when you check out they tell you it takes 7 days to come back onto your account...
