The restaurant not open on TWO days during our stay. Bed pillows much too much soft. Shower towels not soft, not pleasant.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Vanessa and Serena. The location is perfect and the breakfast was really good. I would definitely come back again and highly recommend it!

"Great place to stay for a weekend around Zell am See"

Delicious breakfast with extremely helpful staff (also variety of GF and LF options). Great recommendations about local opportunities to hike and bike. Good location: close to Zell am See, as weel as to Kaprun Klamm and lake.

Room was a little bit tiny and could not sleep with hot temprature (air condition was too intense)
