"Lovely, comfortable hotel close to everything you need."

Great penthouse apartment with good sized bedrooms and well equipped kitchen. The spa was good and had a nice relaxing area. Nice breakfast and offered in-room fondue service.

Lokalita hotelu byla skvělá - nedaleko od gondoly a supermarketu, kousek od hotelu je zastávka ski bus a hned vedle hotelu je půjčovna lyží, což bylo velmi praktické.

V hotelu jsme byli několikrát a při předchozích pobytech bylo vše v pořádku, i proto nás tentokrát snídaně velmi zklamala. Nebylo možné objednat vaječné omlety ani vejce Benedikt, výběr jídla byl oproti návštěvě v minulém roce výrazně omezený a káva byla pouze z automatu. Velmi nás zklamal jak servis, tak celková nabídka jídla.

Hochwertig und sauber

Präsenz des Hotelpersonals war mir zu wenig. An der Rezeption gab es keine Klingel und das Personal war oft in den Hinterräumen.

Sehr schönes und geräumiges Apartment mit sehrgutem Ausblick aufs Kitzsteinhorn. Sehr sauber. Aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Saunalandschaft spitzenmäßig, Pool ebenfalls sehr gepflegt.

Frühstück ausbaufähig. Viele angerichtete Aufstriche, wahrscheinlich sehr gut, aber leider ohne Beschriftung.
