Že nám při příjezdu upgrejdovali ubytování z dvojlůžkového pokoje na apartmán a měli jsme se synem každý svůj pokoj

Že byla v úterý a ve středu zavřená restaurace večer a museli jsme na jídlo jinam

Staffs were excellent and helpful

I feel that the standard has gone down since our stay last year. We were looking forward to dinner at the restaurant downstairs but it was closed the whole week. We were overcharged for parking, 60 euros for 6 nights for one car. We were also charged incorrectly for the wellness service but since it was a big group we only realised it after we checked out. Last year we had better breakfast, station for egg and omelette but a bit disappointed with the breakfast this year.
