Clean and newly remodeled. Great location in Pacific beach right over the water

Property was clean and right near the beach but the room I got was a suite and it was tiny. Checking in was inconvenient. You had to walk a block to another hotel to check in. Mind you, this is also how far you had to walk to an ice machine. Everything in the room was placed oddly. There was a crooked picture frame in the kitchen with a sizeable hole under it. The bathroom was inside my room which made it inconvenient because the other guest sleeping on the pullout bed had to come through my room to the bathroom. There was homeless people walking around the property the whole time which I didn’t like especially since I had my child with me. The outside trashcan was also right infront of my door which caused a problem with seagulls and people constantly walking infront of my room to throw trash. The phone in the room did not work and WiFi was limited to two devices which was another inconvenience.

The smallest room is actually a small apartment. All areas had been cleaned well upon arrival. To walk anywhere is just a nice path! The stay may be a better stay than most $200.00 rooms. I paid just over $100.00 for the single! I went out around 5:00pm after check in. Returned around 8:30 pm. The close parking spots are all taken. But the place i parked. It is only a block down a clean sidewalk. I am 3 minutes walk off the sand.

Easy stay, though no onsite management. But only a block to the other property. Cant beat the location....Beds/pillows are not very good. Actually, hard to sleep well on....but would probably stay again.

Nicely updated and comfortable rooms. Great location, very walkable. Parking was a pain and not close, but still available.

We really enjoyed how close to the water! Lots of places to get coffee, chill, and eat. WORTH IT just because of that.

Lots of Collage Kids!!!!! Lots of people walking around your windows if your on the side. Also the parking is only by luck and i tell you what. we somehow got lucky when we were there.
