Hotel Washington

Carlos was incredibly friendly and welcoming! He provided amazing service and fantastic recommendations. The food was incredible and the view - unforgettable! Highly recommend for those visiting DC.

We had such a wonderful experience at Hotel Washington, thanks to Mary. She was outstanding from the moment we arrived, polite, warm and an absolute joy to deal with. We requested a room change and were a little worried we might come across as difficult, but Mary handled everything with genuine kindness and professionalism. She couldn’t have been more courteous or helpful, always with a warm smile. With 10 years at the hotel, her knowledge really shone through. She shared fascinating history about the building and gave us great local recommendations, which made our stay even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are lovely and very clean, which made it even easier to relax and enjoy our stay. Location is fantastic and within walking distance of so many of the top spots to see. Mary truly went above and beyond, and we cannot recommend her highly enough.

Carlos is the man incredible night

I came here to eat with my friends who were celebrating a birthday and we were hosted by Carlos. The restaurant has immaculate views of the city and coming at sunset would be most ideal. Carlos was very attentive and very quick with his work and was a pleasure. I ordered the mushroom pasta with added shrimp and it was amazing btw!

Great food, service and the view is spectacular. Try to go at sunset for the best experience. Fexade was a superb taking care of us, truly professional and attentive.

We stayed in the Monument View Suite during our visit and the view was truly spectacular-it was well worth it. The suite is also a comfortable size. The prices at the hotel's restaurants are on the high side, but the food and service have always been excellent. The staff are also friendly.

The staff is professional and goes above and beyond to help guests. The rooms are comfortable, location is above par as well as comfort.

We had a great experience at Hotel Washington! It was in the heart of the city, close to EVERYTHING! The staff made the experience more enjoyable, always greeting us with a smile, making sure we were satisfied, the housekeeping staff was the highlight though-always making sure our family of 4 had enough water, toiletries, towels, etc. I was so impressed by them. Their Vue restaurant has stellar views, delicious food, and kind staff, but the prices for drinks gave us a little sticker shock.( I feel like you could drop those a little, Mimosas shouldn't be as expensive as they were) We would not return there for a drink the rest of our trip. We also visited near by restaurants Old Ebbits was wonderful and our kids loved it. You just can go wrong staying at this hotel.
