Club Marma Hotel

Отдыхала в отеле в августе 2025 года. Я люблю тихий, ленивый отдых, без суеты, шума и гама и этот отель именно такой. Отель не большой, уютней и очень ухоженный, тихое место без лишнего шума и суеты (анимации нет никакой, из развлечений только большой теннис- есть два корта). На территории в основном домики на два номера, их около 40 штук, но есть отдельный двухэтажный корпус на 12 номеров, в нем как раз и останавливалась. У меня был номер просторный двухкомнатный junior suite на втором. В одной комнате большая кровать, в другой – диван с креслами и столом. Горничная убиралась каждый день, была милая дама. На территории небольшой бассейн, народу там, бывало, всегда очень мало. Балкон номера выходил как раз на него. Самый главный плюс отеля – это сервис. Заезжала днем, на рецепции быстро все оформили (разговаривают на турецком и английском), проводили в номер и помогли с багажом. Позднее еще обращалась по нескольким вопросам, все очень благожелательно. Ресторан в отеле находился на улице, под большим навесом. Очень понравилось, что столик закрепили за моим номером на весь срок. Никого чужого не подсаживали. Один столик – одна семью (или компания). Приятное впечатление произвело обслуживание в ресторане. Официанты приветливые, очень улыбчивые, но без лишней натужности, очень обходительные и предусмотрительные. Повара на открытой кухне были очень милыми – общались, предлагали положить в тарелку горячее блюдо сразу с плиты (два молодых парня и красивая девушка). Что немного подпортило впечатление – один пекарь строил глазки, пришлось обходить стороной вкусную выпечку. Готовили вкусно. Много зелени, салатов, для детей была лапша, рис и конечно картошка, фрукты и овощи. Почти каждый день была индейка – стейки, рулетики. Рыба тоже была несколько раз – вкусно. Но мяса было мало, в основном в виде рагу. Еще пару раз были мясные котлеты. А вот что совсем не понравилось – десерты. Не вкусно, однообразно и совсем не было турецких сладостей. В отеле были конечно и минусы – старые полотенца на пляже, ветер гудел в воздуховодах в номере, режим работы ресторана не очень удобный. Но всегда можно найти к чему придраться. Общее впечатление от отеля у меня осталось хорошее и самый главный критерий оценки – я готова снова вернутся в этот отель. С благодарностью за хороший отдых оцениваю отель на 5

Beach and the sea.

Literally everything else: Cleanliness, service, attitude of staff, food, prices, rooms, all terrible.

Tesis dümdüz bir alanda konumlanmış durumda. Dolayısıyla yaşlı ve çocuk dostu bir tesis. Ayrıca her oda için yemeklerde belirli bir masanızın rezerve olması düzen sağlıyor. Deniz temiz, kum sahil ve gittikçe derinleşiyor. Balıklarla yüzüyorsunuz.

Terrible food, I can't even explain how bad the food was. Prison beds, extremely uncomfortable Dirty rooms, stinky and smelly Terrible service. Like you can't eat anything after 9pm even if you pay. It takes multiple hours to order and get drinks by the beach. Employees are trying their best, but there aren't enough of them. Photos and reality are very different. We paid for deluxe bungalows with multiple floors. It was supposed to have 4 beds but had only 1 bed. They ended up bringing kids beds for adults to sleep on. It was not acceptable. I wish I never came here. In fact, booking should remove this facility from their platform. It impacts bookings' reputation.

Liked the accommodation (bungalow), overall premises (nice flowers and trees), the meals and most importantly the sea and beach. Also, the staff was very kind and helpful (especially in the restaurant).

Unfortunately, we experienced a couple of technical issues during our stay including the boiler breaking down and flooding the bathroom (at 11 pm) and the air conditioning unit leaking water. These were however all addressed very quickly by the technicians on site. The main issue was that we got a bungalow/room right next to a very noisy technical room (water cleaning facility) which was on all night. We mentioned this to the reception staff and they tried to get it switched off during the night. Things did get a little better, but we weren't happy with the fact that they refused to change our room (even though we had asked) and also didn't receive any form of compensation to offset the inconvenience. Most frustrating was that the reception staff didn't properly acknowledge (actually downplaying the situation) and apologize for all of the issues.

The location and amenities were amazing, but there were no entertainment activities or animation time. Guests could participate in activities if an animator was available. Additionally, the water pressure was very low from 6:30 to 7:30 PM, and when I inquired, I was told, "Everyone is showering, so the water pressure is weak." The hotel should have a water reservoir to prevent such issues. Overall, it was a good experience.

The hotels is located in an amazing secluded spot not far from Turgutreis. It has its own beach in a small lagoon with fine sand that gets cleaned and even out every morning. The sea is shallow in this area and the water was very clear. The hotel territory is beautiful and exceptionally clean. There are plenty of beach beds, picnic tables, small nooks where you can relax and have a nap outside while listening to the sea. The seating system in the dining area is very smart: we had a table allocated to our room and did not have to worry about finding a seat or anything like that. The food was very tasty and diverse, with options for any dietary requirement. If you want to have a coffee or a drink outside of meal hours, you will have a card that is attached to your room so you don’t need to worry about carrying cash around. In the end of our stay we just settled the bill at the reception. The staff were very attentive and friendly, and we got whatever help we needed despite the language barrier. There was also a lady on staff that spoke perfect English that was checking on guess every day in case they need information or help, which was very useful for us as we wanted to travel around but did not know how. All around it was a great stay for us and we are hoping to visit again next year.

The only issue we had is that we could hear our neighbours when they had a lively conversation in their living room, which was adjacent to our bedroom. This was dealt with by the staff quickly and politely, but I think is an issue with sound insulation. The rooms are quite big so you have sort of an echo when you speak. (we stayed in the main building where the reception is so not sure if this would be an issue if you chose to stay in a cabin) It is also worth mentioning that in the bay where the beach is located there is no promenade or embankment in case you are the kind of person that loves a stroll after dinner. We resorted to just walking around the territory or getting a taxi to Turgutreis in the evening.
