The main bedroom pillows had mould on them. We checked in here - late checkin, and the process was super easy. Now you need to press a bell where they don't answer and then call a number. The operator didn't hear very well so it was a process just to get that done. Despite my card being given at time of booking I had to give it again, outside the building in the cold for the world to hear....I was then told that they can't open the door as I called them and I had to repress and wait to speak to someone to get let in and even then communication was a challenge. It was one of the most difficult checkins we have had. Thankfully the after hours checkout hasn't changed and that process was easy.
