Airman was very loud & not able to adjust room to room. Parking was a nightmare come evening. No disability parking or for elderly...
AUThe staff at Hillcrest were very pleasant from check-in to check out .We did asked for an early check-in & we were lucky & were only too happy to help. It is very close to the Mater Hospital & Southbank with a variety of food outlets around. Will definitely stay again if we come back to

AUThe location is outstanding - a short walk to south Bank. Value for money is good for this area. Staff are really friendly and helpful. A large, free car park is a huge draw.

It’s run down, old, not clean, tv on cabinet can barely see from bed, pool and spa very outdated, spa air doesn’t even work, took forever to get towel as no one was a reception for hours sign was up, smells musty not great, shower was awful no where to put anything so small tiles cracked, could not use laundry always locked
