"Overall, we loved our short stay."

The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. We slept so good. Our king bedroom was also very big and spacious. Not many hotels have good ac units but this was honestly the BEST! Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were even able to give me the 1st floor just as I requested.

The only issue we had, was not having any cold water in the bathroom sink. It was very hot when we washed our face & brushed our teeth, never did it get cold.

"We loved our stay"

Everything was horrible I think our side of the hotel should have been blocked off. We seemed to be the only ones in that section and it was clearly being remodeled so many stripped walls exposed

When I booked my reservation, there was no mention of the hotel being under renovation. I was not even able to use the elevator and had to go up the stairs with all of my luggage. The TV remote was not even working and it was brought to the attention of the front desk clerk, but nothing was done about it. Was told to check the input on the TV. The issue was more than that and I had to get up and change the channel on the little cable box. The breakfast options were horrendous. The tables were dirty with dust. Even though I’m thankful that I had a place to stay I just wish it was more welcoming, comfortable, and lesser in price due to the renovation at least.
