Breakfast was really good

I requested two family rooms 10 months prior to our stay yet when I arrived I was told that my special request was to check in at 4pm? Why would I request that?? Then had to pay extra even though the manager could see the message chain and wouldn’t change,apart from that it was a nice stay

Le nombre invraisemblable de prestations : restaurants, bar, piscine. Le personnel est au petit soin. Le calme . Nous avons été très agréablement surpris par la propreté partout où vous posiez votre regard. À 20 mn de l’embarcadère à pied.

En pleine saison cela doit être bruyant car les chambres ne sont pas isolées (pas double vitrage pour extérieur) et nous entendions nos voisins au-dessus.

Life guards Life guards were difficult to understand due to language barrier. Life guards addressed the rules as “ your country’s rules”. Indoor pool area - hazardous, slippery floor. Saw children slipping and injur themselves. Pool shoes should be mandatory. Areas for children under 8 accompanied by parents were not clear and misleading. Signs in indoor pool faded and outdated. Outdoor pool area - tired and old sun lounges were uncomfortable and in desperate need of cushions.

The property was well laid out and clear directions to social rooms and bedrooms were clearly marked. Everywhere in the hotel was extremely well decorated and maintained. All members of staff were exceptional in their attitudes to everyone and the level of service provided was outstanding.

I have no negative comments to make.

The friendliness of all the staff,the room was good,the food in the hotel excellent.

The only downside was a group of builders I’d say staying there,in the bar at the weekend there language was quite bad,especially with elderly couples in earshot.
