Very accommodating staff, good modern rooms with modern facilities. V,good cafe bar for drinks and good meals, the main restaurant was not open due to the current difficulties but was open for an excellent breakfast

"Great stay at the perfectly located Pomme Dor ."

We really enjoyed our stay at the Pomme Dor our second visit . Lovely friendly staff and very helpful. However we were disappointed that the Harbour Room was not open for evening Dinner this time . We booked a table in the ground floor Cafe for a meal on our second night but it was not up to Pomme Dor standards at all . We ordered the seafood Linguine and it was inedible. Lumps of gristle and so rubbery we couldn’t chew it . We did complain to the manager and he was very apologetic and took it off the bill . It put us off eating in there again though so we ate out every evening after that . Let’s hope the wonderful Harbour room will be open again when we next visit.

Lovely hotel, but very quiet due to the pandemic which meant the Harbour room restaurant wasn’t open. This was a shame as we were hoping to book for the Friday seafood night. Not the hotels fault, we just all have to get used to the idea that holidays are not going to be what we would normally hope for at the moment. All in all the hotel and staff were lovely and our stay has been the best that we could hope for.

The hotel is in a superb location making access to St Helier and the local transport services very easy. Hotel is spotlessly clean and quiet and the breakfast is very tasty.

Super hotel in a great location. Central to e verything in St Helier centre. Two minutes walk from the bus station (direct from the airport). You have to go outside and around the corner to visit the hotels adjoined pub, The Wharf but no big deal. We had a nightcap in the lounge bar first night and enjoyed it. The second night, we decided to eat there and it was frankly appalling. Nice place for a drink and very nice staff but the chef is not fit to be allowed near the kitchen from our experience. I doubt he could make decent toast!
