Comfy beds, air conditioning needs to be stronger. Really excellent customer service by front desk especially Mark and also the concierge service -Michael. They were extremely helpful and friendly. Great gym area, spa and indoor pool. Also close to shopping at Grand Canal and Xiaohe st

My stay in HangZhou was splendid thanks to the hospitality of the Kempinski staff. What struck me most about the staff was their genuine desire to help. They seemed to take pride in their work and were eager to ensure that every guest had a memorable stay. One of the staff, Yann, has helped me during my stays in the hotel (from booking the local rides and even showing me places to go in Hangzhou). Since I didn’t have the local app ride, Yann even paid for my expenses first before I paid him back. My family and I were very thankful that we got Yann’s hospitality and generosity. I have stayed in many hotels before, but the service at this hotel was truly exceptional. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I had a wonderful 5-night stay at the Kempinski Hotel Hangzhou. It was my first visit to Hangzhou, and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The modern, contemporary rooms were spacious, and the breakfast and dining experience were excellent. The facilities were impressive, including a stunning pool, spa area, and a well-equipped gym. The location was ideal, with excellent all-day dining options and Westlake just a short, inexpensive taxi ride away. The service was exceptional, particularly from GM Janet, FOM Mark, and the restaurant staff. Mark guided us to many great places to visit in Hangzhou and helped us experience the local cuisine. They were professional, efficient, kind, and attentive. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely return with my family! :)

I would highly recommend this hotel for leisure or business. Went there for a meeting and loved the rooms design, excellent breakfast and great meeting facilities. Lunch and coffee breaks were the best I ever had. Overall a really excellent service from the Lady in Red to the check in and check out experience. Great fitness, sadly no time to explore the huge pool and the Executive Lounge, will come back.

Very very nice hotel . Beautiful &very Clean & comfortable & good location. Delicious Breakfast. room furniture has very modern 🤩 Such as wireless charging for Mobile or Smart toilet. All of things very good . Hangzhou is very Beautiful city also West lake and her lotus flowers 🪷🪷🪷

Kempinski Hangzhou provided me with a level of warm and attentive service and unforgettable dining experiences that far surpassed other hotels during my conference. The hotel's coffee break was creative and demonstrated the catering team's great effort and thoughtfulness. The flavors and themes were extremely impressive. I will definitely return.

There is a mall next to the hotel. Buffet breakfast selection is good. Room size and amenities are good.
