Perfect stay! Wish it was longer but I will be back for sure. Everything is perfect and I feel so welcomed in every way from pre-arrival to arrival and departure. Room is incredible. Breakfast is absolutely perfect. Service is impeccable. Special shoutout to Mark, you made my stay truly memorable that none of the hotels during my entire trip can even come close. Joanna, Fay, Raffia and all the staffs are incredibly helpful and nice. Kempinski Hangzhou sets the bar real high for others to compete.

Breakfast was v good. Room was very comfortable.

The bar was closed at 20.30. I thought this was a shame, as the hotel is so nice. They dont really cater for european people. The floor in the room was water damaged.

We had a great stay at the hotel! The room was very comfortable and well-appointed, making it a perfect retreat. Apart for a little hiccup at check-in, excellent stay. Now, the star of the show: Dora Dora greeted us at the 4F restaurant with the most beautiful smile that made us feel right at home. We went for dinner. What stood out most was her genuine passion for hospitality. She took the time to engage in friendly conversation, making us feel like valued guests rather than just another customer. It’s rare to encounter someone who is not only skilled at their job but also brings such positive energy to the atmosphere. When she heard we had to leave before breakfast opening the next day, she immediately liaised with her colleagues to make sure that we would be served coffee and tea while checking out. To be sincere, we could not as we had to rush. But to have offered this just is Palace-worthy Rarely have we met such an attentive and joyful person in our 30+ years staying at hotels across the world. Note to Dora: thank you, sincerely. There is no one stopping you from achieving your craziest dreams in the hospitality industry Note the management: well done on nurturing such talent over the years.
