Great quiet and relaxing huge room

My room was full of roaches. I had ordered food and had put it on the credezna and when I went to open the containers there were roaches all over the credenza. When I woke up there were roaches under the pillow. There was some crazy lady there who kept stalking me when I went out to walk my dog. She was nasty. They need an exterminator bad. There are no ground level rooms. So I had to walk steps that I am medically not suppose to climb. The owner I guess he was, was more concerned that I had a dog there who is a registered medical alert dog. I wpuld be more concerned aboit the cleanliness of the rooms and the roaches. I told them that when I registered. But he wanted to question me. The guy who checked me in was really nice. That was to only nice thing.

So many restaurants nearby. They transferred me to a different room when I complained about the room because there were roached all over, the water won't drain on sink and the shower won't work. The new room they transferred me to wasn't that good as well. There were no roached but water drained slowly in sink. The water knobs were lose in the bathroom. The shower wasn't working properly. The room wasn't clean enough.

Elevator was down i had to climb 2staircases of steps my left leg is painful from back injury.the shower spikets were tight and i could not turn water on for a shower manager said water runs to room below my room. Wow not a happy stay at all

Not so good. Train kept us awake tracks ran behind hotel. Hardee’s next door lights kept us awake. Right on the busiest road closest it could get. No room service and rationed the number of towels. No towel rod in bathroom had to ask for additional toilet paper. Ceiling in bathroom coming down, tub crackled when you stepped in it. Carpet smelt like urine. Switch on light beside mirror would not keep light on. No cover on batteries in remote control. Had to ask for step mat of bathroom, hot and cold water in tub very hard to regulate and at times thought it would not even cut off. Asked for hand towels and were told they had none. I had to carry out our garbage to dumpster. Was told not room service or breakfast since Covid. Which could live with if other things had not be so bad. This place needs a whole gut job, remodel or tear down and rebuild it is so old and not been kept up. Only plus could park under it and go in and out without being in the weather.

The bed was OK, and that was all! The bathroom was a disaster. The toilet roll holder was broken. The toilet roll was almost fully used up. No additional rolls. The spigot in the bathtub was broken and was a steady stream all night. The bathroom towels were very thin and small. The switch between the shower and the bathtub only half released so that only a small flow came out of the shower. Fortunately my spouse was not with me. The facility is not handicap accessible. The facility is a 'walk up.' Stairs only. No elevator, no ground floor rooms. Terrible value for money.

Clean room, super friendly staff. Would absolutely stay here again

I love how friendly the staff was. Also there is plenty of things to do within walking distance.

Bugs/roaches. Tv was small but for the price that wasn't a big problem. Everything else was smooth. They offer covered parking under the bldg (garage style), which was nice in bad weather.

Hate to be honest, but this was probably the most rundown $150 /night hotel I have ever stayed in. Bare minimum amenities, including the world's smallest coffee..creator?but no heat-resilient cups, only 2 Ghirardelli wafer-sized soap bars, broken fixtures & switches, and wall plugs that were mostly unusable due to the location of the bed. The door didn't close fully within the door frame, the pool closure was unlisted (and honestly my big selling point for even WANTING this stay), and the whole feel was far from the standard I considered acceptable for what I paid. Sucks because the concierge was polite and amicable, but if a hotel is to be positioned in a high-value area, it reeeeeally needs to be high quality top to bottom.
