Super Inn Williamsburg

This family was a very excellent family I really appreciate them they were very kind and respectful and treat their customers with the Utmost respect.

The room was very clean and the bathroom was very good as well I could smell bleach so I knew it was real clean.

There was nothing to like. It's a dive.

This motel is so dirty. The sheets was not changed.Bugs all over the floor. the faucet was broken. And to top it all off there is a train in the back of this hotel that blows the horn every 2 hours. No sleep.Pool dirty.

Nasty nasty nasty...I get not having at the very least, coffee during covid however, all other hotels don't use that excuse anymore. Lazy ppl who just don't want to spend the few dollars a week it costs to make coffe for guests and why is there a coffee machine in the room but no pot? One would assume to make someone

Property was dirty and unkept the pool had white bird poop floating across the Whole surface of it. The bathroom was gross I went to take a shower in the morning and the shower curtain was so molded that it was sticking together and disgusting and Brown. Sink had a huge crack in it. Was very unsatisfied with my stay. Definitely not worth the money and it was out of my way. When I was looking for something close to Kings dominon.

Old and outdated. I had to plug in tv. Hairdryer had no fan working. Place has seen better days. Served our over night stay

The room served its purpose. Wasn't anything amazing but the service during checking in was smooth and efficient. Could do a little better in minimizing the appearance of "renovations" being done, particularly in the bathroom in my room. It didn't blend in at all.

It was fine.

The ceiling was caving in the whole room. It was dirty.
