"Terrible , 0 out of 10, never going back again. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

Nothing!

We reserved an extra day before arriving to the hotel, the guy who I spoke to on the phone had told me that once we arrived at the hotel that everything would be fixed and that we were good to go to stay for another night. Once we came back this evening to go back to our room, our room was LOCKED. NO ONE ever contacted us letting us know that our room door had been locked and that we no longer had access to it. When we arrived we were told that we would have free WiFi service, which we DID NOT have! And this evening once getting locked out of our room, we were told at the front desk that we needed to pay another fee in order to stay another night.
