The beach is not good at all and swimming in the sea will not be pleasant

My experience at Mövenpick was not defined by the facilities or services alone—it was truly defined by the people. The staff were exceptional: incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely caring. They always made us feel welcome, comfortable, and happy. Every interaction felt sincere, and it was clear that their priority was ensuring guests had the best possible experience. What impressed me most was their willingness to help with anything, even questions unrelated to the hotel. Whether it was advice about places to visit or information about other cities, they were always happy to assist. They were also very open and welcoming when sharing their culture, which made my stay even more memorable. The warmth, positivity, and hospitality of the team created an atmosphere that made us feel at home. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so enjoyable.

What I liked most about the property was how complete and well-organized everything was. There was a wide variety of shops, restaurants, and services available within the resort, making it incredibly convenient. I was even surprised to find a luggage store on-site, which is not something you usually expect to see in a hotel. The service was outstanding—staff were always quick to respond, efficient, and genuinely cheerful. Their positive attitude made every interaction pleasant. The property itself is beautifully designed, with everything thoughtfully laid out so that facilities, restaurants, and amenities are all easily accessible. It was also exceptionally clean throughout my stay, and the furniture and facilities were in excellent condition and very well maintained. Finally, the catering and dining services were excellent, offering high-quality food and a great overall experience. The combination of convenience, cleanliness, service quality, and attention to detail made this a truly enjoyable stay.

Plenty of pool/ swimming areas Staff are so friendly and professional

-Not so many restaurants, poolside food,/snacks options -Some rooms are too far from the reception -Chocolate hour is nice but small station and only one hour. There should be snacks/drinks all day available -AC in room is too loud
