Perfect location and the cleanliness of everything. Several pools, lagoons. Good breakfast with a lot of options. Definitely I will visit again.

My Room AC wasn’t working properly.

The hotel is nice and the staff are generally welcoming. However, I strongly advise future guests to be extremely careful with the spa pricing. I am 6 months pregnant and booked a 90-minute prenatal massage for €100. I already found this expensive for Egypt, but I felt I needed it. Before the treatment started, the spa manager examined my back and told me I had a lot of tension and would benefit from extending the massage to 150 minutes. Since I had been told that 50 minutes cost €80 and 90 minutes cost €100, I assumed that 150 minutes would cost around €150–200 at most. At no point was I clearly informed that the final price would be €314. Imagine my surprise when I was presented with a bill of €314 at the end of the treatment and asked to pay immediately. I felt misled and pressured into accepting a service without being given transparent pricing in advance. As someone who lives in Paris, I have visited many luxury spas and would not normally expect to pay this amount even in high-end establishments. Considering that this was a pregnancy massage involving gentle pressure and limited products, the price felt completely disproportionate. My issue is not with the therapist or the massage itself, but with the lack of transparency regarding the cost of the upgraded treatment. Guests should always be informed clearly of the total price before agreeing to any additional service. The hotel itself is pleasant, but I would recommend confirming spa prices in writing before accepting any upgrade or additional treatment.

So all it takes is for 1 person to ruin an experience, and that person is the agent at the front Desk (Ahmed) the one that wears glasses. He is extremely fake and rude and disrespectful. He doesn’t even try to solve any issues cause he doesn’t care. Then at check out I’m coming to pay, and after he prints my bill and I tell him I’m paying with card, he just started scanning guests passports in the middle of my checkout. What kinda crap is that?!?!? Where is guest experience, where is the customer service. Then when I emailed the hotel, that says he has an impeccable record. So they don’t even want to investigate. If you good him at checking and check out you’ll be fine, he is the only reason that made my stay bad.
