Advertised as having breakfast but was told they don’t serve breakfast anymore lol

There was nothing to like about this property. The whole thing was completely different than the photos online.

I checked in after a long day of traveling and was shocked and horrified at what I found. The room in no way shape or form represented the photos online. It had to be the barest hotel room I’ve ever been in and it was filthy. there was mold in the bathroom, no stoppers in the tub or the sink, and the tub was painted and peeling so anytime you bathe you were covered in peeling paint. On top of that the floors were filthy so I had to walk around the shoes the whole time so my feet didn’t turn black. There was no breakfast or even coffee available in the morning. And the overall appearance of this motel is just rundown. It looks like a place it gets rented by the hour to be honest. And the final straw was, there was one luggage card and it barely worked. It was so unstable that you had a wrangle it the whole time.

The heater in the room was broken, and the room was very cold. We were provided with a small portable heater, but it was not sufficient for such a large room. The bathroom door would not close, the dining table leg was unattached, and there were no tissues provided in the room. My mother, who had just undergone surgery, was unable to sleep all night due to these conditions. No hot water to shower in the bathroom. Disaster Hotel.

Staff was very rude. Room wasn't clean. TV didn't work. Room smelled like cigarettes. And I left the room very clean but I still haven't gotten my deposit back.

Ice machine was broken. Shower head leaked spraying all over the walls. The heater in the bathroom was broken. People smoking pot in the rooms. Smell was strong. The shower water valve would not cool off enough for a shower.

See above. Put it in the wrong spot. I didn't like anything about the place.

No thing

Customer service at the front desk, asking a lot of questions. there was no breakfast (costumers should be reimbursed for that) because it was included on booking.com. Also, the bathroom tub and toilette seat should be replaced, the linen should be replaced too.

Room was dirty. No coffee in room. No coffee out in the lobby until 6:30am and people were wating.
