There's no breakfast, and the pool is closed. The rooms are in poor condition. The doors barely lock from being kicked in. There was no ice machine on the 2nd floor. The rooms bathroom floor was cracked and the tub was stained and the drain didn't work couldn't take a bath. There were burn holes in the carpet from cigarettes. It smelled of smoke.

Great location in Bellingham. Close to restaurants, attractions and they Bay. Comfortable, spacious and basic accommodations.

Looks nothing like photos. Non guest loitering in parking lot, loud music noise all night.

Beds/bath clean; no hand towels; air conditioner had all switches removed/could not use. One window did have a screen, so was able to open that. Other window had no screen. Wallpaper peeling; water stains on ceiling. Maintenance looks minimal. Carpet dirty. VERY limited breakfast options. Maids were pleasant. Front-desk person indifferent; not welcoming. Not returning.

If you’ve ever wanted to feel like the lead in a low-budget crime drama, you’ve found your set location! The pictures online must’ve been taken in 1996 or during a very ambitious renovation plan that never actually happened. In real life, the hotel is more “post-apocalyptic chic” than “budget-friendly comfort.” Upon arrival, we were greeted by the kind of lobby crowd that makes you double-check your car doors… from inside. The front desk staff were perfectly pleasant, but even they seemed mildly surprised we showed up. Our room? Where to begin. The door lock was ripped off the wall and you could see what looked like blood spatter on the bathroom wall - which immediately sparked thoughts of a possible robbery or maybe a zombie attack. On the bright side, no bed bugs (that we saw), and the Wi-Fi worked. So if you’re into true crime, urban decay, and mild paranoia, 10/10 experience. Otherwise? Maybe just sleep in your car.

Nothing other than the TV. .. it was a shit show the owner should be jailed.

Hotel advertised Continental breakfast included. They do not provide it, i would have booked any other hotel. The breakfast was the swing vote, i am diabetic and require breakfast. It was in our contract, they committed fraud on me and owe me a full refund.

I want my money back.

Fraudulent advertising and liars for manager and owner.

Staff were kind however very slow and a bit scattered although it was not busy at all but took a while to check in based on "computer issues"..

bathrooms were not very clean, grout was stained, numerous holes in the ceiling and walls, furniture was chipped, carpets were dirty.
