Was unable to open my curtains because people hung out outside my room in parking lot.

When i got to the hotel i wasn’t aware i had to give a deposit. Then when i got to my room it was filthy. There was holes in the wall in the bathroom shower the paint was peeling off the wallpaper was gone on the walls the bed was dirty and i complained that the room was a mess they moved me. Then the 2nd room was dirty and had a sharpie marker all over the walls and i had to stay in that room i really wish i could get a refund the hotel was not what i expected for my family i was very disappointed

We were there for 12 hrs which was fine. Would not have wanted to stay longer. Room was fine, the rest of the facilities were not so great.

It was very run down. The rooms were in disrepair. Halls dark.

Make sure you check your bill. They charged me $14 for " bath mat damage " I have no idea what this is and they could not provide me any details. I was only there for 6 hours to sleep and left in the morning. I did not take a shower or bath. This seems like a scam in order to get people not to notice this on their account because it was after the fact. When I called the main desk they were not helpful and hung up on me so far this is still an outstanding issue. I will never ever stay out of this hotel's chain again those customer service is terrible.

Not the best; the rooms smell and our room had a leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. The hotel is very old. The pictures make it look better than it really is.

The entire property was NOT as described on Orbitz. Pictures are beyond fake. Dirty, dimly lit, no staff at the front desk. Pool was drained the second day we were there because it was beyond repair. Green and breeding mosquitos. Holes in the shower ceiling, 2 of the 4 lights working in the bathroom. Torn wall paper. I have never stayed at a worse hotel, but the rest were filled or we would have switched. Do not stay here under any circumstances.

The most disgusting display of a motel, with a good brand, I have ever witnessed. 10 hrs of driving, make reservation on way, and take a half hour to check in because " my boss took the Rez and left me the s#$t to clean up" Told me the place was a slum. Had to "check to see if room was clean or anything broken" before getting keys. Told him want money back, looked at me and said "no refunds". Scumbag Couldn't get in first room cuz "housekeeping didn't clean it, @#$&!!!", he said, beginning with an f. Wyndham will be getting a letter from me. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!
