The desk person was rude and offensive. The manager is a cash grab, meaning he charges $100 deposit for a low priced room with non refundable bookings. Never again staying here.

Extremely run down. Door handle falling off bathroom door. Peeling wallpaper. Broken heater. Not sure what I was thinking when I booked this - my mistake!

When I checked out, I didn't realize I needed to take pictures of everything. I never got my deposit back. I was told towels were damaged, which I left hanging and didn't see anything on them, and sheets were damaged. I slept on the bed and not under the sheets.

This building is in disrepair, warm not hot water, no coffee or even a cup for water in the room. Will never stay here again.

All different colors and sizes of hair in shower. Also no breakfast as promised.

There were bed bugs, holes in the walls, mold in the showers. Stains on the curtains and ripped.

I didn't even stay - I forfeited my $130. It was completely unsafe. There were people in the hall, someone was repairing a car in the parking lot. One look at the hall and room and I walked away. Wouldn't stay here ever - paid $250 somewhere else. I wish 0 stars was an option. Photos we say were completely misleading - looked fine online.

There were holes in the wall and dings all over the bathroom door. There was a hole in the ceiling in the shower so when the upstairs occupant was showering, water would drip down.

This property does not look anything like the pictures. People repairing cars in the driveway. Dirty room, dirty floor, and horrible overall. The pictures are extremely deceiving - I forfeited my $130 rather than stay here.

The scenery

First of all I was lied to I was told that I'd have free breakfast in the morning and I found out they don't serve breakfast at all they don't have an elevator and they charge $100 deposit and they worked with me on the deposit though. They do not have an elevator in the building I'm disabled and I was put on the second floor in a room that had a broken sink that leaked.
