Quality Suites Altavista - Lynchburg South

The place is kind of run down it's not being well taken care of

Air conditioning was good. The beds were small and uncomfortable. My biggest complaint was the backed up toilet that was constantly on the verge of over flowing and had a green tinge to it.

Good stay. A little aged and not as nice as other hotels, but a good stay. Desk chair was not great. Nothing fancy, but would stay again.

If you needed anything the staff was willing to help

I was moving from my old house to a new home in another state. I had a lot of luggage and came and went at odd hours. The staff was very sympathetic and helpful.

The worse experience ever! This is not a hotel this is a motel! Mold everywhere & roaches. Thought I was in a horror movie.

I really like staying here, but the property needs an upgrade. I will never book with booking.com again. They stole my money and promised to pay me back and never did.

The property was fine as were its amenities, we did have a problem on 2 nights. Guests were having almost a party in the hallway by our room, and not far from front desk. This went on very late the first night. The night before we were checking out 7/5, the noise was back in hall again, we were leaving. At 6 AM and needed sleep. I called the front desk to as them to talk to the parties. Was over 1/2 hour before we noticed a difference.
