We were in Oshawa to see Grandson play lacrosse, the room suited the purpose of having a place to relax between games and comfortable place to sleep. The washroom was clean . Overall the room was clean . Only complaint is carpets need to be cleaned and parking lot has big pot holes. Staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast served its purpose.

The bed was not comfortable at all and the room was just ok. We actually booked an efficiency room and that’s not what we got so our stay was shorter than we planned but the staff did make it right so that was nice.

The fact that they did NOT return my $100 deposit!! They said that it will be in my account in 3-4 days. I used to frequent this hotel often and I enjoyed my stay, but now it’s not what it was! Not too pleased. No pool or hot tub.

The property was clean and quiet but needs a refresh.

I found the pillows were hard and lumpy! I asked the room assistant for something a bit softer to which she gave me a little lumpy pillow. I have a neck problem, did not sleep well.,,This lodge needs new pillows to start off with.

The air conditioner was extremely noisy after it had run for a few hours. The room was clean but hallway carpeting was dirty.

This hotel is in serious need of updating - ripped drapes, damaged furniture, key card readers not working (had to get cards re-programmed up to 5 times), potholes all over parking lot, horrible sofa bed, lumpy pillows, pool out of service, dated decor - and not worth the price. The room was clean and spacious (we had a suite with a king bedroom, living room with sofa bed and full kitchen), but the condition was awful. Also, the front desk staff tried to give me a regular room and not the room I paid for and I caught them in the act and he played dumb.

booked 3 nights for my family. I specified 1 adult and 2 kids. There was a queen bed and a sofa bed. We have stayed in many hotels in different parts of the world and we have never had any experience where there was no bedding provided for the sofa bed. When hubby asked the front desk shortly after checking in, they were told they could not provide because housekeeping already left. So, they ended up going to walmart and buying their own bedding for the sofa bed. Such a terrible experience. Will never go to this hotel and any of their brands. Was also disappointed with hotels.com support in this occasion. I have been loyal to them and now having second thoughts and looking for other options.if there is a 0 or negative stars it would be a negative! This is not a cheap hotel and to get this kind of service is not acceptable. This is what you get when you have very limited option.
