Needs curtains that will close, so you can’t see inside. Needs new carpets and flooring.

Breakfast was sad.

We didn’t like the pillows, the worse we ever had in a hotel

Our stay with Travelodge is always good, the beds are comfortable and clean. The duvet and duvet covers together are lovely but just too hot for this time of year and the sheet alone is not enough. The breakfast staff sure work hard and do a good job.

Given what we paid, we were disappointed with the condition of the property. It doesn’t look like its been updated in years. The hallway carpets were stained, the furnishings and lamps were in poor shape and outdated. The flooring was in need of replacement, containing water damage. You could see where the popcorn ceiling had been re-touched, probably from the water damage. The lamps had pitting on the surface and one didn't even work. The blackout blind over the sliding glass door had holes all through it. The air was damp, needing a humidifier. A shampoo but no conditioner or body wash was provided in the bathroom. The continental breakfast was just ok, but at shortly after 9am, they had run out of the omlette pieces, which were cold. The cook was chatting someone up and wasn't refilling the eggs. She also was telling people not to take more food. I get that renos cost money, but the cost to stay should reflect the conditions and offerings of the facility. An easy, inexpensive win would be to weed the gardens and interlock bricks outside the rooms that open to the parking lot. The front desk staff were courteous and the rooms were clean. The location was convenient, but a free shuttle service to the Go Train would go a long way. Would have saved about $25 overall to go to and from.

The carpets feel dirty when you dont wear socks. It feela disgusting (not a cleaning issue i thibk its the age of the carpet. If you would use tile it would be more hygienic

The stay was “ok”. The staff were friendly and welcoming. This hotel is in absolute need of a refresh. It’s dingy, falling apart and is very musty smelling. The window screens are broken, the black out curtains have huge holes and see thru areas. The carpets are dark and dingy looking. The pillows are hard as rocks and I don’t think the bed spreads have been updated since the 80’s. Ceiling is crumbling, wallpaper has bubbled and coming off. The parking lot has humongous pot holes. The back doors don’t shut properly so anyone can get in. The beds are comfortable though. Plus I’m here because my dad is palliating nearby. This is not a holiday. They charged me so much more for a Friday when I realized I still had to book another day. Not fair

The room was so dirty, we were afraid to take our shoes off. We felt very unsafe and we ended up not staying and cancelled our check in

We stayed for just one night and didn’t have high expectations, but unfortunately, we were still disappointed. The biggest issue was a rough night’s sleep due to a broken bed and overly tall, firm pillows, that left both of us with neck pain. On top of that, our allergies were triggered by the strong scent of perfumed cleaner in the hallways, room, and coming from the fan/AC unit. We were also disappointed to find that the pool was closed for maintenance—something that wasn’t mentioned when we booked through Hotels.com, making the listing feel misleading. Lastly, be aware of the hotel's location—it's directly beside the highway. The noise was extremely loud, and we could even feel the building vibrating in our room.

Room was incredibly uncomfortable when arrived. 30 degC in room, took hours to cool it down. Ice machine broken on 2nd floor. Pool out of service. No shampoo or conditioner in shower or bathroom. Providing the bare minimum and they know it. Fine for a one night stay and a bed to sleep in for myself but I would never bring my family to this hotel.
