Excellent location. A 2 minute walk to Queen Street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Cold aircon which I love. Cannot complain for the price.

Stayed for a couple of nights before trip back to UK. Checking in and out quick and easy. Pool great chair cushion covers could do with a wash. Allowed to use pool facilities after checking out was very useful. Good location for walkung around and near to airport.

"Poor service"

Had an issue with aircon making a noise, asked to get it sorted ou the next morning, no response, no update, not sure if they looked at it. When I asked in the evening, got a “not sure” from reception and told to check it and come back……but was still an issue on the second night!

Located in CBD close to every thing people need. Nice building(1880) and good inside decoration. Strong recommendation and will return when an other trip to Melbourne.

This property was extremely convenient and within walking distance to South Bank - especially with a young child. Staff were all super helpful and polite. Hotel was clean and rooms were suitable for our needs.
