Shower/bath base heavily stained.Needed housekeeping to clean bathroom. Toilet cistern continually leaking into bowl, so every 2 mins the cistern fills up again. Result ? - sleepless night.. Kettle leaked overnight flooding the countertop.

I found the bathroom tired and the public areas underwhelming, staff were good but at time hard to hear. The staff obtained a room for me as I had arrived at about 9:00 am rather than 2:00 pm which was appreciated.

Terrible. Nothing like the photo's listed. Would avoid Mercure now going forwards. very outdated and thread bear carpets in the rooms.

Television reception was dreadful, could not watch anything for 3 days without constant interference. Shelf is n shower totally up n wrong position & glass door to shower bangs back onto toilet. Overhead lights directly over bed like a torture chamber. Badly positioned & designed
