The cleaning of the toilet and shower was not good before I entered the room… The table in the room had food residues … Quite disappointing.

Living space was clean and tidy. Property was in a great position. Unfortunately, bathrooms are in desperate need of an update. ( Mouldy grout lines. ) Not what I would have expected for a studio at $430 per night. No hot water for last 2 days. Staff were very friendly

The property was a great location and staff were friendly. Unfortunately the room had a few issues. We had to move from our original room due to the smell of damp and broken aircon. Also we believed the rooms had soundproofing per the advertising, we could hear people talking outside, doors slamming and the noise of the lifts. Not ideal after a long hall flight and wanting rest.

Overall the hotel was nice, although it feels like a place which used to be very nice and is just starting to fall off a bit. That being said the room was very good and the staff were helpful. The onsite restaurant and breakfast was nice, with a good variety. I was disappointed by the pool area - quite small with not a lot of space to lounge about. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to lots of places.
