While I didn’t make it to the hotel I want to use this to thank Yumi who was very helpful and communicated very promptly and kindly . Much appreciate your excellent hospitality.

Great location, but very dated. Bathroom was very shaby with sliding door that looked like it belonged in an old house not in a hotel. Valet parking adds unneccessary expense to a hotel of this moderate quality, and was also very slow. It took a long time to get our car at checkout.

Foyer nice ,room old , will say it was very clean hallway shabby but a lovely man at reception Jorge ,friendly and gave us a later checkout and because I got the time confused he gave my Granddaughter and I a voucher for free coffee , to have in the cafe I thought that was great. Very grateful for the nice gesture.

Excellent location. Great price and so easy to get around

This was not a clean property. Room and carpet were old and worn. Cleaning was not up to expectations. Worst part - Paid extra for an ocean view room. Was placed in a room on the first floor which basically had a view of the pool with a very minimal view of the ocean. Please don’t advertise ocean view for an extra cost if you’re not going to provide that to your visitors. Very disappointed.

No signage at reception if it’s for Mecure as well as Pullman. Room was clean but needed a thorough deep clean and more attention to detail. Clothes line was pulled out, body wash bottle turned around. No hair dryer and aircon very loud
