San Domenico Palace, Taormina, A Four Seasons Hotel

Just got back from a wonderful stay at this amazing hotel, It is stunning!!! Food was excellent, staff could not do enough for you, lots of Lovley touches, Would highly recommend staying here, The pool area is beautiful, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Will definitely be returning!!

Amazing experience

A perfect stay, with the best driver in the world.

My visit to the White Lotus hotel bar left me with mixed feelings. On the one hand, the venue is stunning – elegant interiors and atmospheric lighting create a unique ambiance that perfectly complements the softly playing music. The atmosphere is ideal for both intimate gatherings and moments of relaxation after a long day. The service, especially our waiter, was professional and discreet, which enhanced the overall experience. Unfortunately, there were also significant drawbacks. The most troubling issue was the outrageous behavior of the floor manager, who reprimanded the waiter in front of guests for something trivial – not picking up an olive that had fallen from our table. What made it even more absurd was that the waiter had handled the situation perfectly, picking up the olive so discreetly that I barely even noticed. The entire scene was unnecessary and embarrassing. Another downside was the overly dim lighting. While it initially contributed to the atmosphere, over time it became a nuisance. Additionally, no one offered to take our soaked coats, even though we had been caught in heavy rain on our way to the hotel. As a result, we had to drape them over the backs of the otherwise very comfortable chairs, which slightly diminished our comfort. The appetisers served with the bottle of wine were also disappointing – rather average in taste and far below the standard one would expect from a hotel of this caliber. In conclusion, the White Lotus bar has great potential, but certain organizational details and the management’s approach need improvement. If you appreciate a beautiful ambiance and good service, it’s worth a visit – just hopefully without any unpleasant incidents.

Concierge was not very helpful. There was not many options for breakfast. The first day of my breakfast in four season, I ordered hot an Americano, they gave me a cold one.

Absolutely amazing hotel, great customer service. The staff was amazing. They were always available, always providing great support, wonderful experience. My wife and I enjoyed our stay for a week, we will definitely be visiting more four seasons in the future or at least visiting this location again.
