The Beach House

The rooms were lovely clean fresh and welcoming. The property was situated in a quiet area with shop across the road and beach ten minute walk.

Nothing was too much trouble for the staff - breakfast was fit for a king … my boys loved it! Also having access to plates and cutlery in the evening for takeaway after a long day at the beach was a great touch. Lots of board games for family fun too

Perfect. Our second visit. Eveything from easy check in to all the tiny details. Milk in fridge. Nice drinks in the mini bar. Little sweeties. Biscuits. You name it…. They’ve thought of it. We were there on the hottest day of the year and the room was still relatively cool. A Dyson fan working magically. Breakfast delicious. And a lovely family run B&B. We will be back.

If travelling with little ones you may want to bring a back out blind.

Clean, pretty rooms and a nice lounge you can hang out in. Lots of thoughtful touches like a sweet/cookie jar for each room! Walkable to a pub for dinner.

Dog friendly rooms aren’t terribly bright but we were only using for sleeping and you can easily leave the door open for more light.

Fabulous location, just a 15 minute walk to West Wittering beach. Lovely comfortable room with wonderful extra little touches. Fabulous breakfast. The people were great, welcoming and friendly. Thank you
