The Beach House

Great location Clean and safe My kids loved the breakfast, sweets dotted around the house. Very friendly staff who put a lot of effort to make our stay great. Lovely decor all throughout.

I’ve a lot of allergies and there wasn’t too much catering for that. They made me eggs though which was a good effort.

Fantastic place to stay,lovely rooms well presented,great staff.

Only criticism nothing to do with hotel , but shop across the road opened at 6am and lots of loud laughing and talking ,so was woke early .

Everything ! Great accommodation, clean comfortable, good amenities, fridge, mini bar. Breakfast really good, plentiful, good choices, everything worked easily. Family run, highly professional and so nice! Location perfect we visited the theatre but wouldn’t stay inside Chichester again - this location is much better sea, harbours and villages would recommend.

We were in the loft room and I banged my head getting out of bed in the night.

Everything was perfect The breakfast was particularly amazing and the customer service Even the owner gave my 16 year old son some aloe Vera plant to help with the sunburn !

I booked the Beach House, due to going to Goodwood for a few days. It had good reviews. I was not disappointed. Parking at the rear of the property was a little narrow, but once round the back, plenty of space. Also parking at the front. Good instructions pre arrival and knew where to find our room. Useful manual in the room. Lovely, comfortable room. Shower was big and good facilities in the room. Felt very homely. Shared communal lounge, downstairs, if we so wished. Breakfast room was lovely, bright and airy. Breakfast choice and range was great. Tasted amazing. Owner and staff were so so helpful and warming. Would highly recommend the Beach House. My Sin and I loved our stay. It’s also only a 2 minute drive from West Witterings Beach- one of my favourites. Can’t wait until I can come back.

Conveniently located accommodation very near west wittering beach. ‘New England’ style property which was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a fab stay. Breakfast was most enjoyable and delicious and staff so helpful and kind. Will definitely be back.

We stayed for one night and were extremely impressed. The staff, the room, the location; everything was as described and even better. Super friendly people and the breakfast was unbelievably good. Probably the best option if you're staying in West Wittering. Highly recommended.

More expensive than other options but worth the higher price.

Please please change the bed...absolutely awful. Mattress and frame are shot, creaky and unacceptable.
