Noisy people in front of the B&B very early in the morning.

Pam and Lorna are great hosts . The breakfast was amazing and the room spotless. Add to that 15 minutes walk to an awesome sandy beach it’s probably the ideal place to stay . We will be coming back , with the dog next time !

Little thing - difficult access to plugs in room

I saw a review of this B&B which said that it’s one of the rare places that surpasses all expectations and I think that’s absolutely the case. Spotlessly clean room, super comfortable beds, nothing too much trouble for the owner, delicious (really delicious) breakfast with anything you could want. The location is great. Will definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful stay at The Beach House! The location is perfect-just a short walk to West Wittering beach-and the rooms were spotless, cozy, and beautifully decorated. Pam and Lorna made us feel so welcome with lots of thoughtful touches, like snacks in the room and chilled water/excellent quality tea/coffee. Breakfast was absolutely delicious, one of the best we've ever had, and set us up perfectly for the day. It really felt like a home from home, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend for a relaxing seaside break!
