It was very hidden and a lovely place overall, staff were lovely and the views are surreal

Glass in the pool of the spa, TV channels weren’t working

Everything about our stay was excellent. The hotel was perfect for a short luxury break, with everything you could possibly need. Although I had some reservations after reading mixed reviews, our experience exceeded expectations. Breakfast in the restaurant was fantastic, and for dinner we decided to go out to Canterbury and tried The Pig on the Bridge—highly recommended if you’re looking for something a bit different. The golf course is stunning for anyone who enjoys a round, and the spa is beautiful—ideal for relaxing in the morning or unwinding in the evening. What really stood out, though, was the staff: professional, attentive, and providing truly great service throughout our stay.

Everything was perfect

Ashley the receptionist on arrival was outstanding so friendly , a credit to the property , likewise at checkout Sienna as well ,both were so friendly . We had room 301 , wowwwww ,incredible we was upgraded like a 5* luxury suite . Room service was lightning fast , couple of "very minor" issues with the room but dealt with in an instant . One off the best rooms we have ever stayed in for sure .

Well , an evening meal of two halves , my partners meal was lovely she really enjoyed it , mine was dreadful , cold Turkey not even warm and the peppers just sat in a load of salt totally inedible . Mentioned it to the server , she said she would speak to the chef , thats the last we heard, I therefore ate nothing . In the morning Sienna acted very sincerely and apologised profusely refund the charge . Now ...... the breakfast I had the Vegetarian breakfast it was absolutely OUTSTANDING , cooked to perfection , 100% would recommend it , truly delicious .
