We had an absolutely amazing stay at Cave Hotel & Golf Resort from start to finish. A true five-star experience throughout. The reception team were always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful whenever we needed anything. One thing that really stood out to us was the service speed — regardless of what time we ordered, the food never took longer than around 20–25 minutes to arrive. We had breakfast, lunch, and dinner during our stay, and every single meal was excellent. The spa and wellness area was also fantastic. The hydrotherapy pool exceeded our expectations, especially the temperature — it was properly warm and incredibly relaxing. We were also lucky with the weather, which made the overall experience even better. The views around the resort were beautiful and created such a peaceful atmosphere throughout the stay. Overall, we genuinely couldn’t fault our visit and would happily return again. Highly recommended.

- Misleading communication prior to arrival regarding early check-in - Luggage not stored as promised - Spa facilities very small and the pool was visibly dirty (build-up and staining around edges and fixtures) - Poor service responsiveness (unanswered calls, delays with room service) - Restaurant lacked basic items (no steak knives available when serving steak) - Set menu in Firepit Restaurant is a rip off. Order individually!!!!! - Lack of attention to detail (no blankets available outdoors in the evening)
