It was overall so clean and aesthetic! Staff were so friendly and was just a nice comfy stay :)

Unfortunately the sauna & steam in the spa were not on when I went in & the spa overall got to busy so I only stayed in around 20 mins :(

We’ve stayed here before and honestly from the moment you walk in the staff are so welcoming. We were offered complimentary prosecco on arrival which was a lovely touch and set the tone straight away. We headed to the pool and ordered drinks which came quickly and were really nice. The shower in the room was lovely and spacious and we ordered room service from Korean Cowgirl which was genuinely 10/10 — arrived hot and tasted amazing. When an issue came up with the fan in our original room making a strange noise late at night, the staff handled it brilliantly. We rang reception thinking there may just be something we needed to switch off, but without hesitation they offered to move us rooms. They also upgraded us and extended our checkout time which we really appreciated. The man who helped us was extremely professional and genuinely so helpful. The breakfast here is honestly unreal and one of the main reasons we decided to come back. When we mentioned the overnight noise issues the next morning — mainly because it was completely different to our last stay — the lady on reception was incredibly apologetic and fully comped our breakfast which was really appreciated. What stood out most during this stay was how accommodating and professional every member of staff was. They genuinely went above and beyond throughout. This is our second stay here and we’re already planning to return and bring my parents because the resort genuinely feels like paradise

Around 10pm the fan in our original room started making a really strange noise which did keep us awake until we were moved rooms. Although the upgraded room itself was beautiful and had a lovely balcony, from around 5am onwards we were repeatedly woken up by kids running up and down the hallway, doors banging, loud conversations and loud music coming from the connecting room around 9am. As this stay was for my partner’s birthday and we came away for a relaxing night together, this was disappointing. The only other small thing I’d mention is the bridge area in the pool. When swimming underneath it, you can see quite a lot of dirt/rust which can feel a little off-putting.
