Amazing attention to detail and absolutely immaculate. Best we’ve seen in any property including 5* hotels at home and abroad. Amazing host. Choice of breakfast individually prepared to order. From greeting to leaving was first class and we’ll definitely be staying again very soon.

Exit out of the drive onto a busy road requires caution.

Handy for Exmouth and surrounding area ,breakfast and cleanliness are among the best we have stayed in and Den is helpful and friendly.

The only downside is exiting on to the road but again nothing that caused us any real problem.

Fabulous, rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast, friendly hosts. We have been before and thoroughly recommend.

It is an mmaculate B&B in terms of rooms and breakfast and a host who pay great attention to detail.

For our short one night stay, nothing

Food was excellent, the room was clean and nice.

To be told to remove our shoes when first entering and to say our luggage could not be rolled on the carpet made us feel like we were intruding and not welcome. Not the hosts fault, but the location and roads to get there were terrible.
