Great service, Delightful breakfast, Easy parking, lovely grounds, Spotless, good value. We will be returning on our next trip to Devon.

This property is outstanding. We really enjoyed our five days here. Din is a fabulous host and an incredible cook. He asks you what you would like for breakfast then provides it. The whole vibe of the place is very welcoming. It's a short walk to the stunning village of Lympstone. Parking was very easy. We were very close to Exmouth which we wanted to explore as well as other villages close by. Plenty of hot water and lovely bathroom products.

Warm, friendly and immaculate. We could not fault this little gem of a place. Spotlessly clean and comfortable, with a huge comfy bed. We would stay here again when returning to the area. Thank you Den.

Very good breakfast.

I found the room a little too hot for my personal comfort but as we were only there for one night I did not pursue it with the host.

The breakfasts were lovely, cooked and served by Den with a friendly manner. He made us tasty cake on arrival. He was welcoming and allowed our friends to sit in the garden with us for afternoon tea.

You could not arrive at a place that was so taken care of. Extremely quiet. Hosts were lovely.

Not anything to really dislike at all. If you twisted my arm I could only come up with exiting the property is a little dodgy for a Canadian driver
