Great location. I use a cane and they made sure I was on a ground floor.

A little dusty behind the dressers when I went to plug in my phone, but I have a bad allergies so it probably wouldn’t affect most people but me.

Location was good for what I was looking for.

I had to wait for staff the few times I needed them. Kind of felt I was interrupting them. The bathroom was showing its neglect. Too may people hanging out in the Hallways. Don't blame you for the Construction but it was a pain.

Staff at the front desk were friendly and showed good customer service. I was pleasantly surprised that both the guest room and the hallway were clean and free of odors, despite previous negative reviews. Also, the walls and flooring were newly renovated.

The guest room’s door lock strike plate was partially detached with a missing screw, the bathtub spout was loose from the wall, and the bathtub drain was slow. Additionally, the shower head positioned too low for my 5’10” tall husband. There were marks on the newly painted wall.

Didn’t have much channels to watch on the tv Restricted shows Would have loved a cable for Netflix option but I highly recommend staying there still I’ll just come with my ps5 next time I visit

This is a regular stay for me. It's always clean and reasonably well appointed. Showers are hot, towels are plentiful. coffee is good.

the second night was second floor but it was lastminute when I decided to stay over.
