Good value for money given the location.

Property needs to be renovated and refreshed

The location

The floor was dirty, the toilet was dirty as well.

Was in central location so shops/restaurants were very close by

Was lots of outside noise, ie:car honking, exit door was loud - lots of door slamming from other patrons, didn’t feel comfortable opening up curtains because of the vagrants in parking lot at times, so was very dark in room.

Location.

The property is tired. Paint peeling off walls/ doors in the room. New flooring had been laid and the furnishings appeared new. Small couch in room was terrible…..sunk into it and hard to get out. No washcloths in bathroom. Toilet slow to flush. Balconies on second floor crumbling.

Clean, quiet and comfortable stsy. Thank you.

Parking lot area was a little bit unclean and people who were not staying at the hotel were hanging around near the entrances/exits.

I had an adjoining room, who thought they were entitled to my room and tried coming in, at 1am, then they started fighting when I shut the door on them, I was not able to sleep out of fear of what would happen next... mold and mildew was around the sink and shower,as well as the a/c and walls in bathroom
