The holiday park and staff are great, very friendly and good location for beach and outside facilities

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS CARAVAN!!!The caravan we booked was falling apart, the first thing we noticed was the cooker is broken, no glass on the grill so it wouldn't work. The first night we stayed, the back of a big kitchen unit that holds the microwave etc fell off and smashed our fan. There is a broken window that has been taped over, none of the blinds are in good condition or even fit properly, so you don't really get any privacy. The shower head keeps falling off when trying to wash.This caravan is nothing like it is shown in the pictures and was worth the extortionate amount of money charged.

The matters and pillows smell disgusting even we paid 80 pounds for family activities but we didn’t get chance to use it always fully booked we paid money for no thing wasn’t fair we couldn’t get access to swimming pool at all

Good location. Easy to park. Easy access to beach (not sea front but second row) plenty of space in caravan. No wifi in the caravan but you can connect for free down near the bar if needed. The kids enjoyed the entertainment. Staff on site really helpful. The chippy on site was lovely.

Read the small print! Be warned the registration fee for us (2 adults and 2 children) for 2 nights was £80!! Which we thought was really expensive to be then told we couldn’t go swimming. As swimming gets booked up weeks in advance and owners / away resorts customers get priority and you can’t use the away resorts app. We only booked this 5 days before as a quick get away so didn’t realise. The reception staff are lovely and did manage to find us one space. You may just want to check there is space for swimming in busy holiday times as the pool is not guaranteed. The kids were very disappointed. All other activities fully booked too. Gas hob and grill were not lighting even with the glass pressed against wall. Again someone nice helped us light the hob with a lighter but told us the grill will not work as glass door missing. All the blinds broken. We didn’t use the bar in the evening which you need the play pass for to enter so the £80 fee to us was money down the drain. So maybe check with reception first if there is pool spaces etc first before paying it!

Location would have been brilliant if there had been access to the beach. We didn't see anything on website to warn us of ongoing works

Caravan was not clean. Quilt and mattress cover were filthy. Carpet in living area was dirty and had cigarette burns in. It was a privately rented van, but surely you should check the condition of these vans.

Nothing at all no hot water smelt blinds falling off the windows no broom to clean hoover melt nasty

All of it neighbours were extremely loud like I said in the over colum no hot water no cleaning equipment broom hoover smelt didn’t work too good
