Camp was clean and tidy

The passes should be optional as we didn't require pool or club usage or at least reduced for 2 nights and no need for them. Caravan was mostly clean except for dirty tissue in the bedroom that had something brown on it.

The site was perfect with all the facilities you could need

The caravan was in a state of disrepair all the binds were broken or missing so everyone walking past could see in some light bulbs not working and the shower was broken so you had to hold it Cupboard doors peeling and had to prop the cooker top up to make the gas come through also there was a broken window in the living room that had a piece of white plastic glued to it this property is not fit to let very disappointing

Decent bar Caravan was ok

It's Towyn £6 taxi fare to the Harbour pub which is 5 min away Noisy neighbours, kids thrown out early

Ok what a short stay

Some things need fixing or replacing but we contacted the owner and they said they would send someone out but it didn’t effect our stay hopefully it will be sorted for next person staying

This caravan is absolutely minging!! Stains all over the beds Wasn't cleaned it stinks and a man actually unlocked the door and walked into the van!! The owner didn't seem bothered that I was upset over my stay absolutely disgusting wouldn't leave a dog in that caravan
