Was a nice place was well value for money for a short stay and nice location

The location close to beach and town centre

I didn't like the fact we had to pay £20 per person on arrival and it was not mentioned when booking online what we got for our £20 was not really worth it the beds was rock hard

The holiday park was brilliant. We would return .location excellent and everything needed for children.

The caravan was really old and very very dated and dirty. Food debri behind the beds and furniture. The beds were stained, the caravan smelled of smoke. I had to buy brand new pillows and quilts. 3 forks for a family of 5 and the bathroom tap was not fitted. I don't think the owner keeps it up-to-date and cleanliness. It ruined our stay......disgusting.

The mattress where extremely dirty with massive yellow stains , the couch were also stains and smell very bad , the carpets were full of animal hair , my husband is allergic , he was sneezing for the whole 3 days of our stay , it was horrible, we had to cover the couch and the beds were not comfortable to sleep on especially the kids beds , my son woke up with backache, the cot bed was so dirty that i couldn’t use it , baby had to stay next to me on the bed and husband slept on the couch

The location was great, parking was close, nearby to facilities but not too close. Close to beach

It was a little dated in places, but generally in good repair. Neighbour had building work going on throughout the stay that he hadn’t informed anyone of and, because it was an owner’s van, the site couldn’t do anything
