Nice location looking out to the sea and beach

First impressions seemed good , on looking around it didn’t look like it had been cleaned properly . There were spiders and webs on ceiling ,Duvets and pillows had no protector and were stained . The bedding I hired and paid extra for were stained and torn . Behind tv were sweet wrappers . A window was broken although boarded up to make safe . The draft from the windows was very cold and making the blinds move . There were 5 of us and there wasn’t enough cutlery and bowls. . No cooking or eating was done in the caravan. We had to eat out. The safety gas certificate was out of date by four years. The compartment in the fridge where you store the milk wasn’t there so it was difficult to keep the milk cold. We had to lie the bottle down and it leaked. The shower screen was broken and the cabinet in the bathroom was all rusted.. the radiator in the living room was rusted. In the main bedroom, the bottom of the window was damaged and the paint had come away. overall the caravan was very very basic and I wouldn’t return.

Travel cot was full of mould and holes so I had to go buy my own, double mattress and too big for the base so bed was very wobbly and if you rolled over it wasn't stable and you fell off. Kitchen lights didn't work, bedroom nets were torn

Nothing!

We had no water at all, no heating, host was rude over the phone, even swore at my partner. There was stains on the sofa and bed, no bed linen which we were willing to purchase locally. Old water in kettle, rubbish in bins from former guests. I carried my family of 5, the youngest being 1 years old. Host told us to leave if we are not happy when raising concerns, so that is exactly what we done. On top of us paying in full when we booked. We had to find the nearest appropriate accommodation for the night at least as it was 11pm and my children were tired after a long day of school and 3 hours of travel. This cost us a further £140. Thank God for premier inn who were a saving grace. I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone. Ruined our weekend

location kinmel bay and Rhyl very good. Facilities at Golden Sands good and it was very quiet being far enough away from railway line and main road.

no gas radiator heating but electric radiators worked well. The gas fire was essential to get warm but required a fire lighter which was purchased separately, lighting poor Kitchen light needs a new bulb . The place did get warm after a hour of heating.
