I booked a smoking room and when we arrived it was unavailable.. the cashier wasn't very accommodating. He acted like"oh well" not his problem.

"Do not stay at this motel"

The front desk clerk was helpful but other than that it was a very disappointing stay. Not recommended at all!

The place was dirty! Wires hanging all loose in the hallway walls. Carpet was filthy. Very dirty walls.Blood stain on the wall. Sliding glass door didn't seal when closed so cold air came in all night. Heater did not work! I was in room 214 BTW. Toilet seat was not attached to the toilet. No heat lamp in the bathroom so it was freezing cold. Sheets on bed hadn't been washed. Spots of food in the night stand and on the wall. And to top things off there was a little gray mouse in the room running around and it gets worse there was a mouse dropping on the bed! I will never stay there again. With all of these issues you would think they would give me a discount or compensation or something! they offered nothing. Not even an apology. Stay away from this place of was a dump
