That the lady at the front desk was so helpful.

That I was booked room 110 and when I went I to room some man's stuff still in there and the bed was unmade. I just backed out of the room.nd went to front desk told the nice lady what had happen and she put me in another room.

"I will never recommend or stay here again."

Breakfast area was cleanly.

1. Standing water in shower for two nights. Called early evening after the first night. According to staff to late to get it looked at. 2. Told we could use two credit cards to pay bill on morning we leave. Staff member at the counter lied and said we couldn’t and then said he didn’t know how to do it. 3. We were told card on file wouldn’t be run, only held for incidentals. It was run. 4. I was told I would receive a call from the general manager, never happened. 5. Monday morning breakfast was so much less than what was offered on Friday morning. 6. Went to front desk and asked for sheets to be changed. We returned around 9pm to find sheets weren’t changed, trash wasn’t emptied and dirty towels were still on the floor. I went to front desk to have my concerns dismissed because of being short staffed.
