Fairfield Inn & Suites Kansas City Liberty

This was easy to get to off 35, with great dining options within a few minutes drive. The room was nice, quiet, clean. The staff and other guests were courteous, kind, easy to visit with, and very knowledgeable. The parking lot was easy to manage with our full size pickup. If I had to find a negative, it would be that I don't prefer their coffee creamer! But that's pretty pathetic for a negative.

Good all-around motel, good location, and good RV friendly parking.

Internet did not work for some devices, error messages when trying to connect.

The facility was clean, and breakfast was decent for a hotel breakfast. I appreciated the fresh fruit. The location also worked well for us, and the room we were in was quiet. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were acceptable. If I were traveling alone and didn’t have to share the space, the room would have been fine.

The rooms are very small, and the bathroom was not functional. There was very little counter space, and the overall size was tight. Checking in took a lot of time because the person working could not program the keys. She had to call someone to help. We had to have the keys reprogrammed two out of the three days we were there because they stopped working. Additionally, there aren’t enough outlets in the room to charge all the technology.

This is a very basic level of Marriott - but very adequate. Small rooms and bathrooms etc. We did have a "no hot water" issue one morning which was not pleasant. And we had to switch rooms for the lack of comfort on the bed. That being said, the staff really was over the top accomodating and helpful to us so I was very pleased and grateful for them. The breakfast room was above average clean and pleasant.
