"Disgustingly gross."

The hotel is very run down. The pool was not open. The room was full of damaged furniture, stained carpet with cigarette burn holes in it. The mattress was an old stained coil mattress that sagged horribly when sat on. The lighting was poor and all mismatched. The ventilation fan cover was falling off from the ceiling. In order words it was all gross and disgusting. We did not stay. When we left, the manager told us to contact Booking.com for a refund. Booking.com said the hotel has to refund. I'm sure we will not see a penny back. Do not go to this hotel. It is gross.

"No pool no toilet paper no towels"

The reservation was booked through Priceline/Agoda, and the hotel confirmation number is 966116854. I am requesting a refund or partial refund because several basic services and advertised amenities were not provided during my stay: There were no towels in my room when I checked in. There was no toilet paper in my room. The swimming pool was not available, even though it was advertised. I was also charged $40 for parking, which was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking.

It was surrounded by people on drugs and the staff didn't tell us breakfast was from 6-9 not very informative staff
